We all know emotions are part of being human—but they’re more than just “feelings.” They’re energy. And energy needs to move. When it doesn’t—when we push it down, avoid it, or hold on too tightly—it can get stuck. That stuck energy can show up as blocks, patterns we can’t shake, or even a sense of heaviness we can’t explain.

When left unchecked, these negative emotions become “trapped” in our body causing an energetic imbalance (which may even lead to physical and emotional discomfort) and can go on to create blocks attracting similar emotions of the same frequency.

That’s where emotion clearing comes in. Emotion clearing is an intuitive process that helps identify and release trapped emotions so your energy can flow again. Think of it as clearing out the static so you can hear your own frequency more clearly.

Remember: Emotion clearing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s about freeing up your energy so you can show up as your authentic self—aligned, elevated, and connected.

How Emotion Clearing Works

I use a method called The Emotion Code®, developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, which combines intuition with a simple tool called muscle testing- a technique used in Applied Kinesiology. In plain terms: we check in with your subconscious (the part of you that remembers everything—even the stuff you’ve forgotten) to see what’s stuck and ready to move.

  • Step 1: Identify. Using a chart of emotions and muscle testing, we find which ones are hanging around. You don’t have to relive old stories or share personal details if you don’t want to—your subconscious already knows.
  • Step 2: Release. Once identified, we use a light energetic technique (sometimes a magnet, often just intention + movement) to help the body let go. Most of my sessions are done virtually, and yes—it works just as effectively at a distance. We can deep dive into quantum physics side another day.
